These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) regulate legal relationships between the customer and the seller related to ordering products in KREHKA e-shop available at www.krehka.com (“Service”) and all related legal relationships relating to this website.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
PURCHASE CONTRACT
By placing an offer for the sale of products on the website, the seller expresses his/her will to conclude a purchase contract for the products, or services under these Terms. The purchase contract is established at the moment of confirmation of the buyer’s order by the seller. By concluding the purchase contract, the seller incurs liabilities to deliver the products to the customer while the customer incurs liabilities to receive the products and pay an agreed purchase price for it with accepted payment method: Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit or Debit Card.
In the case of payment by Direct Bank Transfer, the purchase price is payable within 3 days of sending order confirmation email to the buyer. If the buyer does not pay the purchase price on time, the purchase contract expires.
All orders (Ready to Ship, Pre-orders, Made to Order) can be canceled no later than three calendar days after ordering by e-mail info@krehka.com.
Pre-ordered and Made to Order products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with these Terms as well as with the complaints procedure, delivery rules and agrees with them. The buyer is notified of these Terms sufficiently before the order is placed and has the opportunity to become acquainted with them. The condition of validity of the electronic order is the completion of all the required data and particulars.
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES AND PRICES
Ready to Ship products are usually shipped within 2-4 working days.
Pre-ordered products are made and shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Made to Order products are usually made and shipped according to the agreement with the customer, within 4-6 weeks at the latest.
We deliver worldwide. Your order will be dispatched via Slovak Post. You’ll be able to track your order through the website. We will send you your tracking number via e-mail.
FREE SHIPPING. We offer free shipping on all orders until May 31st.
Slovakia: 2 – 3 working days 2,80 EUR
Czechia: 3 – 5 working days 9,40 EUR
European countries: 3 – 9 working days 10,50 EUR
Countries outside Europe: 6 – 20 working days 18 EUR
We’ll do the best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN PROCESS AND POLICY
We try to do our best when describing and photographing the products. Please read the descriptions of products carefully and if you are in any doubt of any product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused with their original tags and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unaltered, unwashed). It must also be in the original packaging.

Returned products will be refunded cluding the original cost of shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. The return postage costs are non-refundable (unless the product is deemed faulty).
If you are returning more expensive product, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Pre-ordered and Made to Order products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
We make sure that all products are thoroughly checked prior to being sent, however we will replace any product that arrives damaged provided you notify us of the product’s condition within 24 hours of receiving the order. We ask you to send an image of the damaged product to info@krehka.com as proof that the product you received is damaged.
Once the damage is confirmed and product is delivered back to KREHKA we can refund the cost of the product or issue a replacement of the product at your request. If we can see that the product has been used or damaged by the customer we can not issue a refund.
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by KREHKA.
KREHKA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that KREHKA shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
