Pre-Order
Order Placement: The Customer selects a product marked as “Pre-Order” and places the order.
Payment: The Customer pays immediately using one of the available payment methods.
Production: Production of the ordered product starts only after the payment has been received by the Seller.
Shipment: The finished product is shipped to the Customer together with the official invoice (tax document).

Ready To Ship
Order Placement: The Customer selects a product marked as “Ready to Ship” and places the order.
Payment: The Customer pays immediately using one of the available payment methods.
Order Processing: The Seller prepares the product for shipment (no production needed).
Shipment: After payment is received, the product is shipped to the Customer together with the official invoice (tax document).
*These products are pre-made and ready to be shipped immediately after payment. Payment details and delivery times are specified in the Terms and Conditions.
Made To Order/Custom
Order Placement: The Customer contacts the Seller via email to initiate the order.
Information Request: After receiving the order, the Seller contacts the Customer via email to provide necessary details such as measurements, preferred specifications, or other customization requirements.
Proforma Invoice: Once the required information has been received, the Seller issues a proforma (advance) invoice based on the agreed specifications.
Payment: The Customer pays the amount specified in the proforma invoice.
Production: Production of the ordered product starts only after the payment has been received by the Seller.
Shipment: The finished product is shipped to the Customer together with the official invoice (tax document).
