1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all legal relationships between the Customer (“you”, “your”) and the Seller (“we”, “us”, “our”) relating to the ordering and purchase of products through the KREHKA online store available at www.krehka.com (“Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

4. Accounts

When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

5. Purchase Contract

By displaying products on the website, the Seller expresses the intent to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is established once your order is confirmed by the Seller via email.
The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered product, and you are obliged to pay the purchase price and accept the product in accordance with these Terms.

The subject of this contract is the sale and production of handmade clothing and accessories, including pre-order, ready-to-ship, made-to-order products, and private commissions arranged via email, social media or in-person.

6. Products and Order Process

The store offers the following product categories:

  • Pre-Order – items produced after the order and payment are completed.
  • Ready to Ship – already-made items available for immediate dispatch after payment.
  • Made to Order/Custom – items based on existing designs with requested necessary details such as measurements, preferred specifications, modifications, or other customization requirements. Pricing may vary depending on the required modifications.
  • Private Commissions – fully custom-made items created individually for the Customer based on a personalized agreement, consultation, or unique design request.

Order Process:

Pre-Order

  • The Customer selects a product marked as “Pre-Order” and submits the order.
  • Payment is completed at checkout through any available payment method.
  • The Seller begins production after payment is received.
  • Once the product is completed, it is shipped along with the official invoice (tax document).

Ready to Ship

  • The Customer selects a product marked as “Ready to Ship” and submits the order.
  • Payment is completed at checkout through any available payment method.
  • The product is shipped immediately after payment is received, together with the official invoice (tax document).

Made to Order/Custom

  • The Customer contacts the Seller via email to initiate the order.
  • After receiving the order, the Seller contacts the Customer via email to provide necessary details such as measurements, preferred specifications, or other customization requirements.
  • Once the required information has been received, the Seller issues a proforma (advance) invoice based on the agreed specifications.
  • The Customer pays the amount specified in the proforma invoice.
  • Production of the ordered product starts only after the payment has been received by the Seller.
  • The finished product is shipped to the Customer along with the official invoice (tax document).

Private Commission

  • Private commission orders are created individually according to the client’s specific requirements.
  • The process includes an initial consultation, design proposal, material selection, measurement, pattern development, fittings, and final delivery of the garment.
  • Once the design is approved, the price and production schedule are confirmed.
  • The client is required to pay a deposit equal to a specified percentage of the total price, with the remaining balance due upon collection of the finished piece.

7. Prices, Payments and Production

Not all products have fixed prices. Pre-Order and Ready to Ship products display final prices in the e-shop, while Made to Order/Custom and Private Commission products are priced individually and confirmed to the Customer before payment. All prices include shipping unless otherwise stated.

We accepts the following payment methods: Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, P24, and Direct Bank Transfer.

For Direct Bank Transfer, a proforma invoice will be issued. Production begins once the payment is received. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of invoice issuance. If payment is not received on time, the order is automatically cancelled.

Production or shipment begins only after the full payment is credited to the Seller’s account.

  • Pre-Orders: production within approximately 2–4 weeks.
  • Ready to Ship: dispatched immediately after payment.
  • Made to Order/Custom: production within 2–4 weeks or as agreed.
  • Private Commissions: production within 2–12 weeks or as agreed.

Orders (Pre-Orders, Ready to Ship, Made to Order/Custom) may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@krehka.com with “Cancel Order/Your Order Number” in the subject line. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver worldwide via Slovak Post. Free shipping applies to all orders until 31 December 2025.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Slovakia: 2–3 working days
  • Czechia: 3–5 working days
  • Other EU countries: 3–9 working days
  • Outside Europe: 6–20 working days

We will provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not liable for customs delays.

10. Returns and Refunds

Ready to Ship Products

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds will include the product price and original shipping cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Pre-Order and Made to Order/Custom Products

Due to the handmade and custom nature of these products, returns for a full refund are not accepted. However, you may return the product within 14 days for store credit or exchange, provided it is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are borne by the Customer.

Private Commissions

Due to the bespoke nature of these orders, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has commenced, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

11. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include clear photos of the damaged item.
Upon confirmation, the item may be replaced or refunded at your request. If we determine that the damage occurred after delivery or through misuse, no refund or replacement will be issued.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of KREHKA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KREHKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service or products.

14. Force Majeure

KREHKA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your submission of personal data through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU legislation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For international customers, these Terms are intended to be understandable and reasonably applicable under UK and US consumer standards.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Consumers based in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
